Workplace Well-Being Workshops
Customized well-being workshops focused on cultivating topics including spotting strengths, identifying and communicating needs, engaging in (not avoiding) difficult conversations, working with and through emotions, developing productive habits, self-compassion, self-care, and relationship building.
Well-being workshops address burnout prevention and techniques for supporting wellbeing, stress management, work-life balance, enhancing interpersonal relationships, acceptance, self-compassion, and developing productive habits.
Our workshops operate at the intersection of theory and practice, with a goal of providing accessible and implementable tools for participants to integrate into participants’ personal and professional lives.
Group Coaching
Group coaching sessions are designed to create a collaborative environment where participants can share experiences, learn from one another, and receive coaching to build and sustain joyful work and home environments.
Conflict Resolution Skills-Building and Mediation
This training offers practices to help individuals become conflict competent through workshops in mediation skills and processes. Sessions equip participants with tools to foster open communication, manage disagreements, to listen with curiosity and attention, to ask open honest questions, to hear other’s underlying needs and interests, to learn how to make requests. The goal of such practices is to help individuals and groups find mutually beneficial resolutions, ultimately creating harmonious and productive work environments and personal lives.
