I work with teens, adults, and families navigating life transitions such as exploring identity, healing from trauma, and managing complex family or caregiving dynamics. Many of my clients identify as LGBTQIA+, foster/adoptive families, or are new to therapy and unsure where to begin. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, I offer a supportive, affirming space where your voice matters and your growth is supported.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years working in the nonprofit arts world – with a background in theatre and circus arts, where I learned the power of story, creativity, and connection. That experience shapes my collaborative, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I draw from narrative therapy, attachment theory, and somatic practices to help clients better understand themselves, reconnect with resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I believe healing happens in relationship—through feeling seen, accepted, and understood. Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about reclaiming your story and building a life that feels authentic and aligned. I see clients in person in the Mid-City neighborhood of Los Angeles and via telehealth throughout California.
Starting therapy is a meaningful step. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
