I believe some of the most meaningful work happens when we bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and honesty into the room. Especially when we’re talking about things that feel messy, painful, or are hard to say out loud.
I work with individuals, couples, and other relationship configurations, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ clients and relationships. I specialize in couples therapy and enjoy helping partners better understand the patterns they get caught in, communicate more openly, navigate conflict, and build relationships that feel more connected and intentional.
I’m also passionate about working with people who are curious about or actively practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and polyamory. Whether you’re considering opening a relationship, navigating jealousy or insecurity, establishing boundaries and agreements, working through a rupture, or figuring out what you actually want from your relationships, my goal is to offer a space where you can explore those questions without judgment or assumptions about what your relationships “should” look like.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I can be lighthearted and playful when there’s room for it, while also being comfortable sitting with grief, anger, shame, uncertainty, and other difficult emotions when they show up. I won’t shy away from uncomfortable conversations, and I’ll work alongside you with compassion and curiosity, not judgment.
I believe there are many ways to build a meaningful life and meaningful relationships. Therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and experiment with new ways of relating to your partners, the people around you, and yourself.
