My work with adults supports people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem and motivation issues, personal and familial relationship problems (including parenting, divorce, partner conflict, and abuse recovery), professional/financial concerns, and life transitions. I also love working with children and their families to offer help handling social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, including school issues, grief, anxiety, depression, friendship issues, identity exploration, and family dynamics.
