I believe therapy is a place to explore the self and work towards a sense of wholeness and belonging. In my practice, I emphasize self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and building agency while trusting the psyche’s innate ability to heal itself. My role is to support you with the warmth and empathy necessary to access vulnerability with a sense of safety. We will work through shame, trauma, and strengthen trust in your internal wisdom.
In relationship therapy, we will create a space to hear and be heard and hone our abilities to provide empathy and support to our partners. My goal is for those in relationships to leave therapy with the skills to continue co-healing in their daily lives.
I work with individuals, couples, and alternative style relationships and take a liberation-oriented stance towards wellness. I specialize in serving my queer and neurodivergent communities and am gender affirming and sex positive. On the technical side, I work from a relational gestalt framework and utilize a blend of mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and somatic therapy depending on clients’ needs.
